OHJEITA
Teosten lähettäminen näyttelyyn
Voit osallistua näyttelyyn vain, jos olet rekisteröitynyt. Rekisteröityminen on ilmaista.
1. Teos lähetetään näyttelyyn omalta sivultaan, johon pääsee mm. klikkaamalla etusivulla osallistu näyttelyyn. Sinun pitää kirjautua sisään ennenkuin voit lähettää teoksesi.
2. Lähettääksesi teoksen sinun täytyy hyväksyä näyttelysopimus.
3. Täydennä teoksen tiedot lomakkeeseen, tähdellä merkityt kentät ovat pakollisia.
4. Valitse alasvetovalikosta näyttely, johon haluat osallistua. Ajankohtainen näyttely on aina ylimpänä. Voit lähettää teoksen myös tuleviin näyttelyihin.
5. Valitse teos (klikkaa selaa ja etsi tiedosto koneeltasi)
6. Paina Tallenna/Save -painiketta lähettääksesi teoksen.
Teoksesi lisätään näyttelyyn ylläpidon hyväksyttyä sen.

Juliste-ehdotusten lähettäminen
Voit lähettää julisteen vain, jos olet rekisteröitynyt. Rekisteröityminen on ilmaista.
1. Katso näyttelykalenterista teema, johon haluat tehdä julisteen.
· Kuvamuoto: jpg, gif
· Koko: leveys 400px, korkeus 200-400px
· Tiedostokoko: max. 100Kb
· Julisteessa täytyy olla näyttelyn nimi sekä englanniksi että suomeksi. Näyttelyiden nimet molemmilla kielillä näet näyttelykalenterista.
2. Julisteen lähetyssivulle pääset mm. klikkaamalla suunnittele juliste -tekstiä gallerian pääsivulta tai valitsemalla yläreunasta Julisteet/Posters ja alavalikosta Suunnittele juliste / Design a poster. Sinun pitää kirjautua sisään.
3. Lähettääksesi julisteen sinun täytyy hyväksyä julisteen lähetysehdot
4. Valitse alasvetovalikosta näyttely ja teema
5. Halutessasi voit kirjoittaa vapaaseen tekstikenttään julisteesi kuvailun
6. Valitse juliste (klikkaa selaa ja etsi tiedosto koneeltasi)
7. Paina Lisää juliste / Add poster
Saapuneista juliste-ehdotuksista valitaan paras ja se pääsee esille ko. näyttelyn ajaksi etusivulle. Valitut julisteet sekä tiedot niiden suunnittelijoista kootaan Silakan sivuille jäävään arkistoon ja ne jäävät verkkoon omana julistenäyttelynään. Julisteet tulevat vain Henkevän Silakan nettisivulle. Julisteista ei makseta erillistä korvausta.
INSTRUCTIONS
Sending poster
You can submit poster only if you are registered user. Registration is free.
1. Choose the theme for your poster from exhibition calendar.
· Image format: jpg, gif
· Size: width 400px, height 200-400px
· File size: max. 100Kb
· The name of the exhibition has to be mentioned in the poster both in English and in Finnish. The name in both languages can be seen in the exhibition calendar.
2. You can get to submit the poster f.ex. clicking design a poster text in the main page of the gallery or by choosing Julisteet/Posters from the top row and then Suunnittele juliste / Design a poster under that. You must sign in to submit a poster.
3. Before submitting your poster design you must accept the terms for sending the poster
4. Select exhibition and theme from the drop down list
5. If you choose to you can write the description of your poster to the text area
6. Select your poster design by clicking selaa (find the file on your computer)
7. Press Lisää juliste / Add poster -button
The best of the poster designs will be selected and it will be exhibited in the front page of the gallery during the exhibition. The chosen poster designs will be archived into Gallery Spirited Herring archives and they will stay online as their own poster exhibition. Posters are used only in the Gallery Spirited Herring site. The Gallery Spirited Herring won't pay for the poster designs.
Taking part to the exhibition
You can submit your artwork only if you are registered user. Registration is free.
1. You can get to send the artwork f.ex. by clicking take part to the exhibition in the main page. You must sign in before sending your artwork.
2. Before submitting your artwork you must accept the exhibition contract.
3. Fill in the information of the artwork, fields marked with * are compulsory.
4. Choose the exhibition you want to take part in from the drop down list. The current exhibition is always on top. You can also send artworks for following exhibitions beforehand.
5. Select your artwork by clicking selaa (find the file on your computer)
6. Press Tallenna/Save -button.
Your artwork will be added to the exhibition after maintenance has accepted it.
